Our prices are based on several factors: the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of surface, accessibility, current condition, and the time required. We provide detailed quotes that break down each element so you understand exactly what you’re paying for.
Do you charge extra for travel?
No travel charges within our standard service area (25-mile radius of Dunston). For properties outside this area, we’ll let you know upfront if any additional travel costs apply.
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only time additional costs might apply is if you request extra work beyond the original quote – and we’ll always discuss this with you first.
Can I get a discount for multiple services?
Yes! Our packages already include built-in savings compared to booking services individually. For custom combinations, contact us – we can often provide additional discounts for multiple services booked together.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due on completion of work. We accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments. For larger projects over £1,000, we can arrange staged payments if preferred.
